When we try to play a new or completely clean disc, the movie will skip, slow down, and the audio will be out of sync. This used to happen on our old DVD player, but now we have a brand new system, and yet the same things keep happening. What the Heck is wrong?
Our BluRay player is 99% new. We brought it home yesterday.

sometimes dirt can get on the laser reader. you don’t have to rip your machine apart to fix it. you can buy a cd with cleaning bristles on it for like 10$ that when played will clean the lens.
